Options for Sponsoring

We composed sponsorship packages that offer you the possibility to represent your company as desired. It is also possible to reserve exhibit spaces (Diamond Sponsor) to present your brand and products at the conference.

Sponsoring packages

Diamond Sponsor, € 3,000.00

• Exhibit space (4 m2),

• Two full conference registrations,

• Short presentation at the conference,

• Logo placement on the website, on the book of abstracts, on the conference bag and near the registration area,

• A brochure of your company will be placed in the conference bag.

Platinum Sponsor, € 2,000.00

• One full conference registration,

• Short presentation at the conference,

• Logo placement on the website, on the book of abstracts, on the conference bag and near the registration area,

• A brochure of your company will be placed in the conference bag.

Gold Sponsor, € 1,500.00

• Two tickets for all social events,

• Logo placement on the website, on the book of abstracts and near the registration area,

• A brochure of your company will be placed in the conference bag.

Silver Sponsor, € 1,000.00

• One ticket for all social events,

• Logo placement on the website and the book of abstracts,

• A flyer of your company will be placed in the conference bag.

Other sponsoring opportunities

Should you have some ideas of your own for conference sponsorship, please feel free to contact us and present your proposals. For example, you may wish to sponsor coffee breaks, lunches, or other social events or provide bags, pens, notepad for the conference.
